Corona Capital 2025 has finally announced the lineups for its Sessions editions in Mérida (Yucatán), Guadalajara (Jalisco), and Monterrey (Nuevo León).
In the framework of the 15th anniversary of the festival at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez (Mexico City), which takes place from November 14th to 16th, a special concept was launched this time commemorating the 100th anniversary of Corona beer.
The Corona Capital Sessions format functions as one-day mini-festivals, with three renowned international artists performing at each venue. One of the most notable bands is the British band Keane, known for songs like “Somewhere Only We Know” and “Everybody’s Changing.”
Keane wrote on Facebook this morning: “Mexico!!! We can’t miss out… see you in November at the Corona Capital Sessions in Mérida (we promised to return!) and Guadalajara.”
Also featured is Phoenix, the French band behind hits like ‘1901,’ ‘Lisztomania,’ and ‘Ti Amo.’
“The Kooks’ British rock will take over the capital of Guadalajara, and the spark of indie pop will take over Mérida with Passion Pit,” explains a press release from Ocesa.
