The Baja California Sur State Attorney General’s Office has identified the two men who were shot and killed early Sunday morning while celebrating one of their birthdays at the “Distrkitx” bar in this Magical Town.
They are Issac “N” and Mario “N.”
The attackers reportedly shot the two men as they stood outside the business, seriously wounding them.
The gunmen fled the scene, while the wounded entered the business, later dying inside the bar, located in the Exploradores neighborhood.
Bullet marks were left on the business doors.
The attack was reported around 4:00 a.m. when the Loreto Municipal Police received a call for help reporting gunshots.
Officers immediately moved to the business called “Distritx,” located on Padre Ugarte Street.
When security forces arrived, the victims were no longer showing any vital signs.
The crime scene was cordoned off, and the investigation began, gathering evidence to be taken to the laboratory for further investigation.
The two bodies were removed by the Forensic Medical Service for full identification of the victims.
