Approximately 20 neighborhoods in the port city of Mazatlán will be without drinking water service next Monday, December 29, the Municipal Water and Sewerage Board (JUMAPAM) announced.
The agency stated that hydrant installation and maintenance will be carried out on that date, resulting in restricted water service for much of the day.

What date and time will there be no water?
JUMAPAM (the local water utility) reported that the restriction will be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on December 29, 2025. Residents are advised to take precautions and avoid activities that require excessive water use.
Service is expected to begin gradually resuming starting at 7:00 p.m. on the same Monday.
