The complex, located just 8 kilometers from downtown Morelia, is equipped with world-class infrastructure: a wastewater treatment plant; closed-circuit surveillance; a biological corridor; a solar park; and a sustainable design.
In addition, Eleva Park offers a wide variety of available spaces of different sizes suitable for micro-industries and large local, national, and international companies.
At the inauguration, Claudio Méndez Fernández, head of the Michoacán Ministry of Economic Development (Sedeco), emphasized that this industrial development reflects the confidence of the business community and the growth of productive activity in the region.
He added that these types of developments are supported by the state government and align with the industrial promotion policy, with the goal of attracting productive investment and generating more job opportunities for the people of Michoacán.
The official mentioned that this complex will be 18 kilometers from Bajío Park, infrastructure with which it will complement each other to consolidate a strategic industrial corridor.
“Here, 18 kilometers away, the Bajío Park is being developed, and many will say that they will compete with each other. No, they will complement each other,” he emphasized.
