Tolls on the Capufe Highway Network Increased Between Two and Five Pesos
Starting Monday, April 13, traveling on the highway network operated by Capufe in Baja California costs between two and five pesos more per toll booth.
The federal agency published the new toll rates for the Fonadin highway network throughout the country yesterday, including the Scenic Highway, Corridor 2000, and La Rumorosa.
The Playas de Tijuana toll booth increased from 47 to 50 pesos; the Rosarito toll booth increased from 47 to 49 pesos, while San Miguel remains the most expensive of the three, rising from 51 to 53 pesos.
The toll at the Popotla Junction, also known as La Misión-Corredor 2000, increased from 43 to 45 pesos.
The toll from La Rumorosa to Tecate increased by five pesos, from 103 to 108 pesos; the El Hongo-Tecate and La Rumorosa-El Hongo routes now cost 49 pesos, an increase of two pesos.
There had been no toll increases on highways operated by Capufe since January 2025.
