I am bringing to your attention the injustice I am experiencing. Commissioner General Francisco Santiago García, Commissioner of the State Police, has decided to WITHHOLD MY BI-WEEKLY PAY as a personal reprisal.
Despite the fact that the Secretary of Public Security issued an official order (Official Letter OSSPC/0886/2026) authorizing my continued stay in Oaxaca so as not to disrupt my law studies and the support of my two children who are students, the Commissioner refuses to comply with his superior’s instruction.
I was notified of a transfer at midnight, under pressure, and now they are withholding my salary. As a mother, I cannot allow my children’s rights to be violated in this way due to a command’s whim.
