In a major operation against organized crime, Mexico’s Federal Security Cabinet reported the success of several raids and search warrants that resulted in the seizure of a significant arsenal and high-impact explosive materials in the state of Durango.
These actions were the result of strategic coordination among the Mexican Army, the National Guard, the Navy, the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC), and the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), which continue to maintain an active presence in various regions of the country.
Raid in Durango City: More Than 50 Explosive Devices Seized

- 25 additional explosive components.
- 74 detonators and 200 meters of detonating fuse.

Authorities emphasized that this material posed a high risk due to its destructive potential and its usefulness in the manufacture of explosive devices.
Operation in San Dimas: Arsenal and Tactical Equipment Confiscated
At the same time, in the municipality of San Dimas, members of the National Guard and the Mexican Army discovered a hidden weapons cache. The seizure in this mountainous region included:
- 10 long guns.
