Los Cabos has been confirmed as the host city for the grand finale of Miss Universe Mexico 2026, one of the country’s most prestigious beauty pageants, according to a promotional video released by the official organization.
The video showcases some of the destination’s main tourist attractions, such as the iconic Arch of Cabo San Lucas, beaches, natural landscapes, and adventure experiences, featuring the current Miss Universe, Fátima Bosch, who participates in various activities representing the destination.
The grand finale will take place on August 29 in Cabo San Lucas, where the 32 representatives from the Mexican states will compete for the national crown and the right to represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2026, the international edition of which will be held in Puerto Rico.
The selection of Los Cabos strengthens the international profile of the destination, considered one of Mexico’s premier luxury tourist destinations, renowned for its beaches, cuisine, hotels, and natural scenery.
With this event, the municipality hopes to attract visitors, media coverage, and tourism promotion at the national and international levels, while also consolidating its position as a venue for world-class events.
