During the rainy season, clogged storm drains and street manholes can quickly cause puddles and flooding. The Government of the Ciudad de México provides a completely free desazolve and drainage cleaning service across all 16 mayoralties. Operating personnel are strictly prohibited from charging fees or demanding tips for performing this work.

 Directly via SACMEX: Contact the Mexico City Water System directly at 55 8957 4950.

 Online Platform (SUAC): Access the official Sistema Unificado de Atención Ciudadana website, sign in using your Llave CDMX account, fill out the digital request form, and pinpoint the location on the integrated map.

 In Person: Visit the Centro de Servicios y Atención Ciudadana (CESAC) office in your respective borough.
