There are events that people enjoy and that remain in a community’s memory. XBOX FanFest is one of them. Once again, we will bring together thousands of players in Mexico around their shared passion for video games. This fall, we will celebrate what brings us together and create new stories together.
XBOX FanFest Mexico City will return on October 17 at the Forum inside the Hipódromo de las Américas, bringing together our most passionate fans to celebrate the brand’s 25th anniversary.
During the XBOX FanFest celebration, attendees will be able to immerse themselves in the world of XBOX and try some of the most important releases of the year, as well as share the space with members of the community and industry whose voices have helped shape the conversation around video games.
We will also have activations from some of our key partners, who help us bring the XBOX experience to new places. All of this will be part of a great experience built around what lies at the heart of FanFest: connection, our Mexican community, and the games we love.
This one-day edition will have two time slots with individual and single registration so that more people can be part of the experience:
SHIFT 1 | From 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This time slot will be open to adults attending alone or accompanied by a minor.
- Only adults can register for XBOX FanFest. Minors cannot register individually.
- If you will attend with a minor, you must include them when completing your registration.
- Each adult may register only one minor.
- Minors must enter and remain accompanied by the adult who registered them throughout the entire event.
- If you are an adult and will attend without a minor, you simply need to complete your individual registration.
- To enter the event, the adult must present a valid official identification and the registration confirmation email.
SHIFT 2 | From 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
This time slot is open only to people over 18 years of age.
- Minors will not be allowed to enter, even if accompanied by an adult.
- If you plan to attend with a minor, you must register for Shift 1.
- Each attendee must complete their individual registration.
- To enter the event, you must present a valid official identification and the registration confirmation email.
Remember, only adults may register for XBOX FanFest. If you will attend with a minor, you must indicate this when registering.

Event Registration and Access
Attendance at the event requires prior registration through the official FanFest websites, which will be announced on the social media accounts of XBOX Mexico. Follow our official channels and carefully read the registration information and requirements before selecting your time slot.
Once you have completed your registration, you should receive an official XBOX confirmation email. Remember to also check your spam or junk mail folder.
What Do You Need to Enter?
On the day of the event, you must present:
- Your printed registration confirmation, received by email.
- A valid official identification.
- The email address you used to complete your registration.
This information will be necessary to validate your registration and allow you access to the event.
Important Information for the Day of the Event
For your safety, you will not be allowed to enter with any of the following items, which would be removed:
- Backpacks
- Strollers
- Selfie sticks
- Bottles of any material
- Any type of weapon
- Laptops
- The venue does not have lockers for storing belongings.
- Pedestrian access will be through Gate 1, while vehicle access will be through Gate 2.
Participation in the event is completely free and capacity is limited, so we recommend keeping an eye on the official XBOX Mexico social media accounts and registering as soon as registration becomes available.
Access will be subject to prior registration and availability of spaces.
