The event occurred in the middle of a violent day in Ciudad Obregón that left one soldier injured and one civilian killed.

A reporter was caught in the crossfire while covering a shooting in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora on Monday night.

The events were recorded around 11:00 p.m., when communicator Eduardo Flores responded to a report about the detonation of firearms in the Misión del Real neighborhood.
The journalist was narrating the event when bursts of long weapons were heard; however, despite his fear, the reporter did not stop the broadcast. After the activation of the Code Red, troops from various corporations arrived at the scene.

Ciudad Obregón experienced a violent day this Monday, which led to an attack on a soldier, a civilian killed, another injured, and several vehicles with bullet holes.

The situation dismayed the inhabitants of the municipality of Cajeme, since some social media users filmed the events to spread them on social networks.
