The aroma of specialty coffee once again filled Mérida with the start of Expo Specialty Coffee Sureste 2026, an event that brings together producers, baristas, entrepreneurs, and brands dedicated to promoting coffee culture and local consumption in the region.
The director of the Yucatecan Institute of Entrepreneurs (IYEM), Salvador Vitelli Macías, reported that this event aims to strengthen local businesses and generate new growth opportunities for entrepreneurs and producers.
