The candidate seeking to coordinate the work of the Fourth Transformation in Baja California Sur, Milena Quiroga, announced that she will request the intervention of the appropriate federal authority to conduct a specialized forensic analysis of the video released Tuesday, related to the placement of banners and messages against her on June 15.
She explained that the objective is to establish the authenticity, integrity, origin, and traceability of the audiovisual material, as well as identify the people who appear in it and determine whether there is evidence indicating who planned, financed, or coordinated the alleged operation.

Milena Quiroga will formally request that the Attorney General’s Office of Baja California Sur add the video to the investigation file, preserve its chain of custody, and expedite the corresponding investigative procedures, while respecting the presumption of innocence and due process.

Requests investigation into possible political violence against women
Milena Quiroga called for the events to be analyzed from a gender perspective to determine whether the actions under investigation could constitute political violence against women based on gender or other offenses established by law.
She also stated that no campaign of intimidation, misinformation, or dirty politics should be normalized as a method of political competition. She added that these actions also seek to discredit the transformation project led by Mexico’s President, Claudia Sheinbaum.
