Jocotepec’s Malecón to Host Mariachi and Charrería International Gathering for the First Time
Jocotepec’s Malecón will host one of the activities of the 33rd International Mariachi and Charrería Gathering for the first time, with a mass concert scheduled for Thursday, September 3, at 7:30 p.m. Admission will be free to the general public.
Activities will begin at 7:00 p.m. with a performance by the Villa de los Niños Orchestra, featuring approximately 100 children.
At 7:30 p.m., the mass concert will take place as part of the gathering’s program, which includes activities related to Mexican music and the mariachi tradition.
With this performance, Jocotepec will join the program of the 33rd International Mariachi and Charrería Gathering for the first time.
The event is supported by the Guadalajara Chamber of Commerce, the Directorate of Tourism and Handicraft Promotion, and the Government of Jocotepec, along with the participation of various commercial brands and strategic partners.
The Malecón will serve as a gathering point for residents and visitors who wish to attend the outdoor activities.
