Taiwanese company Inventec Corporation — one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high-performance AI servers — officially announced a $450 million dollar investment (around 7,899 million pesos) to expand its operations in Ciudad Juárez. The result? More than 6,000 new jobs for Mexican families. 💼🇲🇽
And this is not a small expansion. Look at the scale:
🏭 A 36,000 m² building acquired in an industrial park
🏗️ 43,000 m² of NEW construction at its Megasite campus
🌎 A 30-hectare land purchase reserved for future growth
⚡ 45 new production lines dedicated to AI servers
These are the machines that power data centers around the world — the “brains” behind artificial intelligence. And soon, thousands of them will carry an invisible label: Hecho en México. 🧠✨
But here’s the part that should make every Mexican proud. When Inventec’s Global VP of Manufacturing, Arch Chen, explained WHY they chose Juárez, he didn’t talk about cheap costs. He talked about PEOPLE. He said Ciudad Juárez became one of the company’s main manufacturing platforms in Mexico thanks to its technical and specialized talent. 🎓🔧
